Abstract

The reconfiguration of the map of power in the world is starting to be located on the Asian continent. Both China and India are increasingly exerting influence in various fields; However, there is a border conflict between the two nations and constant displays of military power that do not reach total confrontation, due to a shared pragmatic vision. In this article, we will proceed to analyze the agreements and disagreements that occur between these powers, the intervention of various actors and the role of politics in each of their actions, in a world scenario where war operations prevail.

    Jean Carlo Gonzalo Cuba Yaranga holds a master’s degree in Human Rights from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú; psychologist from the San Agustín University of Arequipa and lawyer from the Catholic University of Santa María. Graduated from the LXXI Master’s Degree in Development and National Defense of the Center for Higher National Studies. Currently, he is doing the I Special Diploma in Cybersecurity and Cyberdefense at the Center for Higher National Studies. His areas of interest are human rights, international politics, science and technology, as well as social psychology.
